Mold Rotation Mechanism

The YGP series casting machines are expected to produce castings with less porosities by means of the patented Mold-rotation mechanism.
The principle of this mechanism is that with rotating a mold at low speed, an air vortex is created in the mold by the rotation, which secures an entry path of little resistance to the molten metal to be cast and an exit path for gas existing a casting mold, thus enabling smooth substitution.
This is the same principle as when a bottle filled with water is turned upside down and drained, creating a vortex in the water inside the bottle allows the water to drain in a short time.
