Shipping and Handling

Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are calculated based on packaging and shipping destination. Shipping transit time for all orders should take 1 to 3 business days, varying on the destination. Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. Payments after 3:45 p.m. are not guaranteed to go out and will be picked up the next day.

Couriers

By default packages are typically shipped via Purolator, UPS, Canpar, or FedEx ground with signature required based on most cost-effective option available. If you prefer express shipping, require no signature or to have different courier, please specify in the order comment or send an email.

Once your package has left our store, please contact the courier directly for any updates regarding its delivery status.

Oversize/Overweight Packages

Items weighing over 50 lbs or measuring more than 48" on the longest side are considered oversized or overweight and cannot be shipped as standard parcels. These items will be sent on a pallet instead. Delivery times may be longer, depending on when the carrier can collect the shipment from our store. If you need an item of this size urgently, please call us in advance.

PO Box

We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a different shipping address or an authorized courier pickup location.
