Mounting Options
1. Jura-Style Bench Mounting
- Designed for benches with a mounting wall no more than 18" (45 cm) from the front edge.
- Not suitable for mounting behind a typical jeweler’s bench.
- Maximum extension of the horizontal tube: 12" (30.5 cm) (Ø 1-3/8").
- Vertical tube: 16-3/4" (425 mm) long (Ø 1-5/8").
- Fits into the 4-hole mounting bracket.
2. Direct Bench Top Mounting (New Version)
- Vertical tube: 16-3/4" (425 mm) long – ensures proper working distance between microscope and micro-block.
- Includes a mounting ring and bolt.
- Requires drilling a 3/8" hole in your bench top.
- Supplied bolt fits bench tops up to 1-1/2" (38 mm) thick.
- For thicker tops, a longer bolt is required.
- All adjustments can be made with the universal JURA Hex key.
Mounting Note
When mounted, the stand holds the scope slightly off-center to the right. If you prefer your microscope to be centered, install the 4-hole mounting bracket slightly left of center on your bench.
