A specially designed foot control is an important part of the System 3. As the operator pushes down on the foot control, the internal hammering gently starts and then becomes increasingly more powerful with more foot pressure. This allows a smooth beginning with fine control. This is a major difference between the System 3 and other, less refined tools.
